August 29, 2026 — troubleshooting

• New Troubleshooting page, organized by what you see on screen rather than by module: whoever is stuck rarely knows which module the problem is in.
• The messages quoted are the product's real strings, so they can be searched as-is in the documentation search.
• It covers what usually turns out not to be a failure at all: plan limits, role permissions, and checks that are not instant.

August 29, 2026 — your account

• Account and billing: subscription statuses, plan changes with proration, what happens when you cancel, and why the actual charge is always in dollars even when you view another equivalent.
• Advisor: how a session is booked, how the cycle's hours are counted, and what happens when you exceed the included ones.
• Both pages state explicitly what the platform does not do: it does not issue CFDI and it does not show the overage hourly rate.

August 29, 2026 — the eight modules

• A page is published for each of the eight modules, all with the same structure: what it measures, how to set it up, how to read the result, what to do with a finding, and known limits.
• The limits block is not optional on any of them: it states what each module does NOT do, including Vendor Risk's provisional thresholds and the pending validations on Financial Risk, Breach Exposure, and Passwords & Backups.
• Concepts gains the missing "how the scores work" section: the product's two real scales, and why there is no single organization-wide score.

August 29, 2026 — launch

• The Red Cricket Cloud documentation is published with Getting started and Concepts.
• The modules, plans, and limits in Concepts are read directly from the same source that feeds the product page, so the two cannot diverge.
