Everything on this page lives under Settings → Billing, and only organization administrators can go there. If you do not see the section, it is not a bug: it is your role.

Understanding your subscription status

StatusWhat it means
TrialingYou are within the 30 days, with no card on file.
ActiveAll good: there is a payment method and the last charge went through.
Past dueThe last charge could not be processed. It is the only status that needs action today.
CanceledThe subscription has ended. Access is no longer available.
IncompleteA payment was left half-finished — usually a bank authentication that was never completed.

The screen also shows your plan, the billing cycle (monthly or annual), and the date of the next charge.

The end of the trial

During the 30 days the platform notifies you inside the product as expiry approaches. There is no automatic charge at the end, because you never entered a card: if you do not add a payment method, access simply stops and the platform takes you to choose a plan.

Changing plans

  1. 1

Pick the plan and the cycle

You can switch between monthly and annual before deciding. The change is confirmed with an explicit notice of what will be charged.

  2. 2

    Proration is charged

The adjustment goes to the card on file for the proportional part of the current period — you are not charged a full month for switching midway.

  3. 3

    Give it a few seconds

The change processes and reflects on its own. If the prorated charge fails, the platform tells you and the plan does not change until you update the payment method.

Payment method and invoices

*Manage payment method and invoices* opens the billing portal, where you update the card and download the subscription's invoice history.

Currency

The actual charge is always in US dollars. The plans screen lets you view prices in another currency for reference, but that equivalent is estimated and updated once a month: the amount that reaches your card is the USD list price, converted by your bank at that day's rate.

Canceling and reactivating

When you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for — it does not cut off immediately, and there is no partial refund. The platform shows a notice with the exact date it will end.

Until that date arrives, *Reactivate subscription* undoes the cancellation and everything continues as before. After that date automatic reactivation is no longer possible and you have to write to support.
